(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") regarding the handling of privacy information in the services provided on this website of the Company's brand "ALLIN STUDIO" (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") as follows:

Article 1 (Privacy Information)

"Personal Information" among privacy information shall refer to "personal information" as defined in the Personal Information Protection Act, and means information regarding a living individual that can identify a specific individual by name, date of birth, address, telephone number, contact information, or other descriptions contained in such information.

"History Information and Characteristic Information" among privacy information shall refer to information other than the "Personal Information" defined above, and includes services used, products purchased, history of pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords searched by users, date and time of use, method of use, user environment, postal code, gender, occupation, age, user's IP address, cookie information, location information, and individual identification information of the terminal.

Article 2 (Method of Collecting Privacy Information)

The Company may ask for personal information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, email address, bank account number, credit card number, and driver's license number when a user registers for use. In addition, transaction records including the user's personal information and information related to settlements made between the user and partners, etc., may be collected from the Company's partners (including information providers, advertisers, advertisement distribution destinations, etc.; hereinafter referred to as "Partners").

The Company collects history information and characteristic information, such as services and software used, products purchased, history of pages and advertisements viewed, search keywords searched, date and time of use, method of use, user environment (including communication status of the terminal when used through a mobile terminal, various setting information at the time of use, etc.), IP address, cookie information, location information, and individual identification information of the terminal, when the user uses the services of the Company or its Partners or views pages.

Article 3 (Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information)

The purposes for which the Company collects and uses personal information are as follows:

  1. To display registration information such as name, address, contact information, payment method, services used, products purchased, and information regarding their prices, in order to allow users to view and correct their own registration information and view their usage status.

  2. To use contact information such as name and address to use email addresses to notify or contact users, or to send products to users or contact them as necessary.

  3. To use information such as name, date of birth, address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number, driver's license number, and the arrival result of certified mail to verify the identity of the user.

  4. To use information related to payment, such as the names and quantities of products purchased, types, duration, and number of times of services used, billing amounts, names, addresses, bank account numbers, and credit card numbers, in order to bill users for fees.

To use information to identify individuals, such as usage patterns, names, and addresses, in order to refuse use to users who violate the terms of use of this Service, such as delaying payment of fees or causing damage to third parties, or users who intend to use the service for fraudulent or unjust purposes.

  7. To use information necessary for the Company to provide services to users, such as the contents of inquiries and information related to billing for fees, as well as the user's service usage status and contact information, in order to respond to inquiries from users.

  8. To respond to entries (inquiries) from creators involved in film production, and to use information such as name, contact information, areas of expertise, portfolio URL, available AI tools, and past achievements in order to introduce projects and conclude/fulfill outsourcing contracts.

  9. To publish production achievements (WORKS) and introduce creators on the website of this Service, using information such as name/stage name, areas of expertise, and past achievements (limited to the scope for which the individual's consent has been separately obtained for publication).

  10. Purposes incidental to the above utilization purposes.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

The Company will not provide personal information to a third party without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except in the following cases; provided, however, that this excludes cases permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws and regulations:

  1. Cases based on laws and regulations.

  2. Cases where it is necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.

  3. Cases where it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound nurturing of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.

  6. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases shall not fall under the category of third parties:
    (1) Cases where the Company entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use.
    (2) Cases where personal information is provided due to business succession resulting from a merger or other reasons.
    (3) Cases where personal information is jointly utilized with a specific person, and the individual is notified in advance or placed in a state where the individual can easily know to that effect, as well as the items of personal information jointly utilized, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use of such users, and the name or designation of the person responsible for the management of the personal information.

Article 5 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

When the Company is requested by the person to disclose personal information, the Company will disclose it to the person without delay. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of it may not be disclosed, and if a decision is made not to disclose it, that effect will be notified without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.

  1. Cases where there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the person or a third party.

  2. Cases where there is a risk of causing significant impediment to the proper implementation of the Company's business.

  3. Other cases that would violate laws and regulations.

Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, information other than personal information, such as history information and characteristic information, will not be disclosed in principle.

Article 6 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

If the personal information held by the Company is incorrect, the user may request the Company to correct or delete the personal information in accordance with the procedures established by the Company.

If the Company receives the request from the user set forth in the preceding paragraph and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, the Company will correct or delete the personal information without delay and notify the user of this.

Article 7 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.)

When requested by the person to suspend the use of or erase personal information (hereinafter referred to as "Suspension of Use, etc.") on the grounds that it is handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or that it was obtained by fraudulent means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay and, based on the results, perform Suspension of Use, etc. of the personal information and notify the person to that effect. However, in cases where Suspension of Use, etc. of personal information requires a large amount of expense or other cases where it is difficult to perform Suspension of Use, etc., and alternative measures necessary to protect the rights and interests of the person can be taken, these alternative measures will be implemented.

Article 8 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

The contents of this Policy may be changed without notifying the user.

Except as otherwise established by the Company, the amended privacy policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
